The Amber Room accepts payment by Direct EFT or Pay Pal. Please nominate your preferred payment method when ordering.

Payment is requested within 5 business days of an order being placed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

Wholesale orders will incur Australia Post delivery costs. Postage is by Standard Australia Post unless requested otherwise by you. Please note that this method does NOT include tracking or insurance. 

Once your order has been confirmed we will use best endeavours to despatch goods within 24 hours if we have then in stock or within 24 hours of us receiving them in stock.

The Amber Room does not keep a full stock of all items at all times.

The Amber Room accepts returns on faulty or broken products. We will refund or replace (at our discretion) the purchase price only once the returned item has been received. Postage will not be refunded for broken items.

You can be assured that all our amber is authentic Baltic Amber. A Certificate of Authenticity can be provided upon request.

Once your order has been confirmed, you may download product images from our website. Images can also be emailed upon request.
